About Romco Builders
Romco Builders, the contractor behind this site
Romco Demolition is the demolition line of Romco Builders, a licensed Florida general contractor founded in 2015 and headquartered in Fort Lauderdale.

Romco is a construction company. Demolition is often the first trade on a construction job, and we treat it that way: as the start of a sequence, with a scope, a schedule and a budget, not as a separate job that ends when the truck leaves.
We quote any type of demolition at any size, from one interior wall to a whole building. Every quote starts from the site: what has to go, what has to stay, what is next door, and what the building department will ask for.
Romco self-performs site engineering: dewatering, Support of Excavation (the engineered system that holds a deep cut open) and deep foundations, including in tidal environments. It matters when a demolition opens the ground below the water table.

What we will and will not say
- We are a licensed Florida general contractor. Ask for our license details with your quote.
- We do not publish prices. Every job is quoted from the site, photos or drawings.
- We do not promise completion dates. Permit review, utility disconnects and survey results are outside any contractor's control. We give you the sequence and its dependencies instead.
- Asbestos surveys and abatement are licensed work done by independent firms. We coordinate them; we do not do them ourselves.
