This site runs no analytics, no advertising pixels and no tracking scripts. It loads no third-party widgets. Fonts are served from this site, not from an outside font service. We do not build a profile of your visit, and we do not sell, rent or trade personal information.

Like any website, the servers that deliver these pages keep short-lived technical logs: the address your request came from, the page asked for, the time and your browser type. Our hosting provider keeps them to run and secure the service. We do not use them to identify visitors.

The form asks for your name, a phone number or email, the type of demolition, the city, and optionally the property address, your role, a description and up to five photos. Photos are reduced in size in your browser before they are sent.

With the form we also send the page you were on, the time, and the website that first sent you here, if any (see the cookie policy). We use them to see how people find us.

When you send the form, your request goes to Romco's customer records system, GoHighLevel, so our team can reply, scope the work and quote it. It is kept there as a contact and an open enquiry.

Photos you attach are checked by our server and stored privately with UploadThing, a file storage service. They are not published; only Romco's team can open them. File names do not contain your name or address.

Our server also uses your connection's address for a few minutes to limit repeated submissions, and checks each request for signs of spam. Requests that look like spam are not passed on.

To reply to you, visit the site, prepare a scope and quote, and, if you hire us, to pull permits and run the job. Phone numbers are used to call you about your project. You can ask us to stop at any time.

Services that hold it for us: GoHighLevel (our customer records system) and UploadThing (quote photos). They process it on our behalf and not for their own purposes.

Otherwise, only where the work needs it: the building department for a permit, utilities for disconnects, the licensed firms we coordinate (such as an asbestos consultant or abatement firm, or an engineer), and your insurer if you ask us to. Each receives only what that task needs.

We keep information only as long as we need it for the purposes above and for our legal and contract obligations. To ask what we hold or to have it deleted, including any photos you sent, email info@romcobuilders.com with the date you sent the form.

This site is meant for property owners and their representatives. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

We will post any change on this page and update the date at the top.
